Voucher PIN not accepted through 611 and no online or app voucher pin option and my plan has expired got Voucher Pin but nowhere to enter it.

HI @Duke3 where you got the voucher from and when you got it?
vouchers from some places need to wait 24 hours before it can be loaded, it has been 24 hours yet?
if it has been 24 hours already, please reach out to Cs agent for help, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Like I mentioned, best to reach out to a CS Agent to figure out what went wrong. Also, just as a precaution, don't post a copy of it on this board as these are open forums. Folks keep posting them for some reason. It's like giving away money. LOL

@Duke3 You shouldn’t need the PIN number to add voucher *611 or load it on in your account . But note some vouchers take 24 hours after purchased to be used . If not real time vouchers from paces like recharge.com or shell gas 7-11
