I'm a new user, I can receive and make calls, send text's But I cannot receive the code that is sent to confirm for Full Address. I've tried so many times. I even tried on my laptop versus my cell phone mobile app. Nobody will get back to me on the online "Help" conversation. Ready to just go back to my old service provider!

yes, I have and no it doesn't give me an email option. I've reached an CS Agent and still trying to figure it out??

do you have a choice to click "didn't receive code?" and is email an option after?
