Voucher PIN not accepted through 611 and no online or app voucher pin option and my plan has expired got Voucher Pin but nowhere to enter it.

I think Public mobile may need to reboot their payment servers because vouchers are not loading either .... this may explain your cc payment issues also. I submitted a ticket and i am an IT security expert so hopefully it gets reset

I meant the voucher # not being accepted at *611 and no online or app section to enter a voucher #
