voicemail retrieval

Caller leaves a voice mail and my phone indicates so.  I go to retrieve the voice mail and I get a message "error performing request, unknown error"  This has begun to happen for about the last month.

Try calling your voicemail from land line or another phone.

You will find access number in your phone's settings.

@mknodel did you try to call your voicemail from landline?

Also, try to call the different VM numbers here and see if you can retrieve message that way
