5 Hours and no service.

Entered payment voucher and it says it was accepted and minutes were added.

When I try to make a call, it says that there are no minutes.

Screenshot the whole matter and still no service.

Awful!

Appreciate your help.

However, rebooting it did not work.

Going on 6 hours now.

When I try to submit a service ticket, I get a 404 error and have cleared the cache.

This is the worst customer experience I've encountered.

dial 611 using the cell to hear current plan status. Reboot phone..see if that helps.

Everything is valid. Same place I've been getting them from for over 3 years. I have a screenshot from PM saying minutes were added. When I try to make a call it says there are no available minutes

@Alfonzo2   Where did you get the voucher?  From what people have posted here, some vouchers aren't valid until after 24 hours from purchase.  To contact customer service you need to submit a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.
