5 Hours and no service.Entered payment voucher and it says it was accepted and minutes were added.When I try to make a call, it says that there are no minutes.Screenshot the whole matter and still no service.Awful!
Appreciate your help.However, rebooting it did not work.Going on 6 hours now.When I try to submit a service ticket, I get a 404 error and have cleared the cache.This is the worst customer experience I've encountered.
Everything is valid. Same place I've been getting them from for over 3 years. I have a screenshot from PM saying minutes were added. When I try to make a call it says there are no available minutes
