Checked other comments , wondered if there might have been more recent news . Be willing to pay a bit more . My coverage is hit and miss , although it's better than friends who are with other carrier and have no signal at all 

Yes , I understand that but when you've got a phone appointment booked with your Dr who isn't a WA friend, it's not really practical . Thks anyway

The new points system is ' clumsy ' ...having to log in to redeem , HOWEVER , legacy users SHOULD have been able to keep the same level of benefits ...and that certainly hasn't happened ...not happy
