I charged twice for my monthly top up, how do I get my money back

Good luck, PM pulled two payments from me this month on Autopay. Told they have no record of this on their end, it shows in my bank statements and i called my bank to double check and see if there was anything they could do. PM customer service is useless and gives you the run around. Pretty much told me i was lying even though i sent two different screenshots showing they pulled money from me twice. So frustrating.

HI @Slcameron69 How did that happen? was it PM's fault or just that you paid twice? PM do not do refund to credit card if it is no fault of PM. Some people bought the wrong add-on and they will cancel the transaction but leave the money in the account (Available Fund) instead, not refund

This has happened to me too! If the extra money is in your account balance its best to just leave it for your next renewal. It's kind of a pain in the you know what to get it refunded. If the extra money isn't in your account balance follow the instructions to contact customer support by these guys above me.

Is the money sitting as Available Fund?
PM is prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund. Also, a refund could take a week or two to go back to your credit card, you can in fact leave it for next renewal.
But if you want to contact PM Support, you can do it with one of the 2 ways:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

hi you can contact customer service it will be 2 or 3 weeks for a refund or leave it in your account to pay next cycle
