Hi everyone, I have been a PublicMobile user for a few years and have a few accounts. I got notified by VISA that multiple charges were being made by PublicMobile. I went back to November and also noticed an extra charge.
Does anyone know how to connect with someone to look into these charges before I call VISA and claim fraud?

For what it's worth they have reached out to me and are looking into it. I have received 3 messages from them. However, someone else reached out and mentioned this happened to them too and PM doesn't seem to be looking into this as a widespread problem.

If you need the money, reverse them as you wont hear back from customer support for a while.
Put a prepaid card onto the account or buy vouchers from stores instead.
Don't ever be polite with a company owing you money. If you owed them money they'd either harass you or get rid of a subscription.

Hey @AVaccaro
There have been multiple complaints made that double charges were happening on folks accounts from late October till now. Best to reach out to a CS Agent and get this resolved. At this time I would not reverse any charges just yet as that will screw up a lot of things meaning you won't be able to use a credit card for a year with PM.
