made payment this morning still locked out

Hi, my payment was due today, I payed this morning and still can't receive calls or call out. Can someone help me with this. plse.

HI EVERYONE,  

Thankyou all, for all the great advice!    Unfortunately, what happened was that PUBLIC  MOBILE WAS AT FAULT.  They didn't take enough money out, they shorted themselves $8.....no fault of mine.  I fixed the problem. 

Thank you again, keep up with the great work you all do at giving advice.

shut down and restart. it did work for me

it's a long-shot...try cycling phone OFF...then ON again.

try to login My Account again using Incognito mode again, confirm if it shows account status Active or Suspended.  

Also check Payment history and check if it shows your payment this morning
