Payment issue

I paid for my bill with my debit card this morning (I redeem 15 bucks with my public points).  However, I got a SMS from Public Mobile after few hours. It said my plan did not renew cause they did not receive my payment. After seeing this message, I checked my bank account. My bank already charge me. It shows me on the app that my account and phone number will be delete with 90 days permanetly. you guys know what should I do?

from the invoice you have, it looks ok to me.  You have a $29 plan.  Part of it, the $15,  was from Available funds which means the points redemption worked. PM then charged the rest to you credit card.  

If you service is active, and account status is active on My Account, you can ignore the text

I do have the service now. I tried  the incognito mode with my computer but it showed the same. It also show me that I'm suscribe (auto suscribtion), I do not have to worry. The following is my receipt. 123.jpg

But do you have service or not now??

And please login to My Account using Incognito mode and check the account status as well as the Available Funds.  You might want to check the transaction history and see if the point redemption credit arrived and if PM used the money to renew
