the header says it all
MY payment went thru this morning June 10,, and when i tried to txt or call someone this afternoon NO Service
I have been with PM for about 5 yrs now,,, had to log into my account on a computer and PAY a second time to get the service to work sent two different tickets today ,, some 3 hours later,,, no response,,, but PM got double paid today,, and YES i did have auto pay working
i just want one of my Payments back

watch the little envelop icon on top right side of the page will be highlighted when they respond. (I know they're slow though !)

unfortunately you'll need to use the chat bubble on lower right side of page to start process of Customer Service assistance, to secure a refund or credit to your account.

@Maurice1962 try reboot your phone see if it will work. Delays with tickets.
