You will need to purchase a new SIM card. Fastest is purchasing in store at the nearest corporate Koodo or Telus store. Phone ahead to make sure the store has the SIM card in stock. You can purchase SIM card on this website but it can take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Amazon with prime shipping is another possibility.
Did you sign up already for the new eversafe login? To login into your account, PM will send a SMS text to your phone for the first sign in.

@Mimi10 Sign into account report phone lost stolen or you can do this thru 611. Then Get a new SIM card and swap the SIM card number like this
