As a quick resume of service, you can get a voucher from Shoppers durg mart and then top up using *611
For the account access, only agent can help to change the email address, Please submit ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@whocares232321 To change email you need supports help to do that , if your still having trouble accessing your account get support to help you regain access to it

If your account is still active, you can login via 2FA text also. If account is suspended or no option for 2FA text, then you will need to submit ticket for customer service agent help.

If you need service right away, you can purchase a payment voucher in store (Shoppers, gas stations) or online (recharge.com - service fee applies) and load voucher by dialing 611 on your phone. If you have a valid credit card on file, you can also load up funds manually by dialing 611. Need to know your PIN.
