@shivaambi hi the fastest way is to go to your neart Telus or Koodo store,call ahead to make sure they have in stock

All you need to do is to get a new sim card first and then login to My Account to link the new sim card with your phone number
To get a new sim card, get it from local Telus or Koodo store or Amazon (https://www.amazon.ca/Public-Mobile-Card-Unlocked-Phones/dp/B07R6P5KBB/ref=sr_1_1?qid=1670420936&ref...) . Avoid getting it online from PM as it could take long for them to delivery
Once you got the sim card , login to My Account, click Quick Link on the top right of the page and click Change Sim card. Follow the steps to link the new sim card to your phone number.

Your probably better to get a new sim card from a corporate Telus or Koodo store. You can get it from Amazon too if you want.
You'll get it sooner 🙂
