In addition to incognito mentioned, also click on any little spinner refresh icons you see lower down. Is this a re-purchase? Or the first time this trip?
@Psygineer, @hycm53 - Add-ons are now bought using a cart system, not the old pay first buy after.

When you buy add-on, make sure there's enough fund in available fund, otherwise won't work. PM website has caches issue, so clear caches and cookies then using computer and private or incognito mode browser to login. For some reason, sometime using mobile device to login won't work.

@Smacky could be just browser cache and you are still reading cached page
Please try again logging in using Incognito mode and you should see the add-on you got earlier

Did you actually buy it, or do you have available funds in your account? It's possible the purchase did not go through. Not sure if it is changed, but you used to load funds to the account as part one of buying an add on, then you bought the add on with those added funds. Possible you only did step 1. Alternatively, did you check your account in incognito mode? The caching issue may be to blame for it not showing up.
