My fiancee got locked out of her account a month ago and nothing works to unlock it. Every time she tries to get help through the chat she is directed to just log into her account to submit a ticket. When she tries to call to pay her bill, she gets hung up on. Is there a number to reach customer service directly?

you already used Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to try to login? and you tried the app?
if that does not help, submit a ticket with CS agent:

Unfortunately as you found out the chat bot to contact support is incredibly broken and needs to be fixed. Fortunately you can contact support through the community mailbox. This is the only way to contact customer support until the ticket system is fixed. *611 can be used to pay the bill for the account with the payment method attached to the account.

There is no number to call for PM as it is a self serve service. To pay her bill she can dial 611 from her phone.
You can also contact a CS Agent via this link. Then watch your mailbox in the top right corner for their reply.
