Hi, i have the 15$ plan. I am in Europe now. What add-on can I purchase to be able to receive texts from Canada in Europe? I only saw the US roaming among add-ons. I need to receive texts for banking.

No Europe roaming plan exist from PM.

To make calls and SMS, use TextNow. Please note: TextNow does NOT support short verification codes (from banks, government, google, etc.). If you need those in TextNow they offer it for a fee.

Look for temporary local SIM card. Your phone has to be unlocked and support Euro standards/frequencies.

Always buy a local provider's sim when traveling, it's the best practice with any provider you are on to avoid any hiccups and save cash in the long run.

Change your verification method from SMS to voice call. Then call your pm phone number from another phone and press "*" when it connects to your voicemail and enter your 4 digit voicemail pin#. You can now get your verification code from the voice message your bank leaves you.

If you suspend your account before midnight eastern the night before your renewal via lost/stolen your voicemail stays active. Be sure to resume your service via lost/stolen and pay and reactivate by day 85/86 to ensure your account does not get cancelled and deactivated on day 90.

@sarushka   There is no international roaming for PM.  PM has only US roaming add-ons.  I understand you are already in Europe and you need bank 2FA text.  You might want to contact your bank and seek alternate methods while you are in Europe 

To call your bank for free in Europe, download the VoIP app , either Fongo or TextNow, and you can call back Canada for free where there is Wifi

anywhere have wifi... Free..

Unfortunately, PM only offers roaming in the US.

You could either purchase a local sim or use Wi-Fi apps like Textnow or Signal.

@sarushka   Sorry, PM doesn't offer any roaming options outside of the 10 day packages for US roaming.

Your best option is a local SIM or WIFI apps like Skype or Whatsapp.

Edit:  @sarushka   are you able to arrange for email messages from your bank?   But yeah, it's too bad PM doesn't offer customers some more roaming options.
