international minutes not working for switzerland

I just ordered 300 international minutes thinking I could call Switzerland.  But it looks like Switzerland is not included in the international minutes.  Please cancel the 300 minutes and provide a refund.

@Tpb123   There are many countries not included.  Best bet is to read the details before making the purchase.

@hairbag1- Good old specific wording. What I've read from way back is that refunds can take several weeks. I recall reading that the refund would arrive after the renewal so it was suggested to just get the credit which would be used for the next renewal as it would usually be credited sooner.

can you confirm if PM does actually provide refunds OR would they be providing credit to account instead. If they do provide refunds...how long does that process take for customer to see his refund ?

Sorry, you cannot call Switzerland with PM service.  

If you just got this LD add-on and have not used any of the minute yet, you can ask agent to reverse the transaction and put the money back to your My Account.  Please submit ticket with agent here:

sorry, PM LD addon can only call selected countries, and Switzerland is not on the list

here is the list this 300 mins LD addin can call

Calls must originate from Canada.
