i paid money on the faith that i could make a phone call ...nothing ..nobody helped me at all i loss more than i want to think of right now and nobody would take ownership of this issue i did everything reasonable to activate my phone with nobody in p.m. that would even attempt to fulfill the company's basic mandate please forward my contact info to your legal department this should be done post haste as your co. will be liable for the cost of collecting my return . I DAN CARLOS II DO HEREBY DEMAND FULL REFUND OF ALL MONEYS PAYED TO PUBLIC MOBILE BY MYSELF PLUS COST ./PAST DUE APON RECEIPT OF THIS DOCUMENT.

Your only way to officially contact Public Mobile is to go through https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
If you feel that isn't working, you can choose to try to resolve any dispute by going through CCTS. https://www.ccts-cprst.ca/
Be aware that if you do ending up feeling that need to go through CCTS, that isn't immediate either, and CCTS will just contact Public Mobile for you and ask them to contact you.

The support concept here is self serve with the help of the community (customers like you who know a trick or two). This requires that you help us help you, by giving us in-depth and accurate information about the problem and the willingness to try things that are suggested to you.
If it's a problem that only the moderators (Public Mobile support team) can solve you'll get the link to the contact page (Use this link to send a private message to the @Moderator_Team), but again, you need to keep the conversation going and reply to their private messages.
I do feel for you in your difficult situation, but if this customer service concept is too hard for you to understand or deal with, you really should look at a provider with immediate access to a human able to help you.
Not sure where this customer is at with you guys - could you please look into this?
