I am trying to get a new esim card but when I am trying to enter my credit card information it errorS out stating the PIN code not matching the billing address. I have tried multiple cards but the same issue. Can someone assist on this?

@Mimi2611  try to clear cache on page. Or use another web browser. However, it seems that you have tried too many times today. Usually you have to wait one hour before trying again.

Hi @Mimi2611 That is a common problem with the app. One of two things. Either Google Maps doesn't associate your home address with your postal code, which is common sadly. The other happens just by error as the app still has bugs. Best to keep trying till it goes through.
