Hi,

My gf used my code a couple of months ago, she's still with Public, I did not get 1 point per month so far and I don't think she got the $10 credit either. 

Is there a link I can submit a ticket to Public or the agent going to read this article and contact me via Inbox? How does this work?

It's your girlfriend who needs to open the ticket using the chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

It's important to use the chatbot to open tickets vs. sending a direct private message to intiate the contact with Public Mobile.  Issues that Public Mobile are contacted about througth the ticketing system are given higher priority by the queueing system.
