I wonder who moved this thread? Its nice to see a thread moved into the community board. And helpful too! The mostly hidden quote button and learning that the "@" key to tag  other members goes a long way to improving communication between the OP and those helping out.

Yes that's the new quote button. I have to turn my tablet sideways to get the three dots to expand the tool bar. Btw the triangle with the (!) in it is the spoiler button. Use that when you want to:

Hide the answer or contain a long article so as to not use a lot of space in the thread.

Click the REPLY box, then the 3 dots under PREVIEW...then notice the "quotation marks" on the left. Click those quotation marks to add the original text you want to address.

You can have quote button in some browsers (I believe I heard/read Firefox) you need desktop view. Good luck on the phone, since that update I have never seen it: (
