I have my subscription with auto pay with my credit card registered. I want to make a manual payment with a credit card to funds to cover about six months of payments. Can I do this and how to make the manual payment, and can I keep to auto-pay and current credit card active for my subscription?

I've just spent about a half hour or more following directions to try and prepay my subscription and none of the options I was reading about applied. Thanks for the link, but why can't I just have had this option all along? Also when looking into the voucher thing, the only option available to me was an Esso station? LOL I will see about getting a voucher at Shopper's Drug Mart in the future if necessary. The chat bot is utterly useless. Thank you!

Why would you want to pay in advance for 6 months?
Are you afraid autopay could fail and your service will be suspended? If it did not happen so far it is unlikely autopay might fail for you.
You know that having autopay earns NO reward/credit as before...
But if you still insist to give money to PM in advance you can just manually charge your card. Go to payments and you will see the option. You can add as much as you want but your CC will be charged immediately + tax.

@atj you should be able to do this by clicking on:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
Going forward you monthly amount should come out of the available funds pool until there is nothing left there at which point it should then be charged to the credit card

Of course you can. However, why would you want to pay the interest rate on your credit card for 6 months in advance at what... 25% interest? You can also pick up a Voucher at places like Shoppers Drug Mart if you really wish to do it that way. You can buy them and add to your account for future credits.
