how long does it take agents to respond?

Still waiting for some answers like 3 days later??

Is it usually this much of a pain to dispute a charge 😞

@Soulstrykee   With your account, it's only a one time trouble.  Once you get the access, you would be ok.

 

With the SIM issue, sound like you might have got a faulty SIM, get a sim in store (I assume PM will reimburse the cost) and give PM a chance to get it right.  Honest, if it is down to a faulty SIM, this could happen with any provider and it might not be entirely PM's fault

thanks, i just dont want it to reoccur every month if i have no access to the account i tried to create

Did you private message or submit ticket for customer service agent help?  

Public mobile prefers customers to submit ticket for CSA help.

Click on the chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact CSA.  Type: contact agent.  Follow the prompts to submit ticket.

Public mobile is prepaid, so in general, there are no refunds.  However, you can ask CSA for help in either successfully activate your account or potentially offering refund.

HI @Soulstrykee   Does that mean you are cancelling you service? or you still try to get it to work with a new SIM?

It should only take up to a day based on my experience with the CS_Agent.

Did you check the envelope icon on the top of this page?

Sim card not activated but my card charged.

Pretty much they took my money but am getting no service,

no way to log into my account i used to make the account either. (errored out upon making the account)

was told to get a new sim but i just want my money back and assurance i will not be charged again next month.

@Soulstrykee  - 3 days? If you received any response yet, reply to that response and poke them about it.

OR, submit another ticket/message.
