found lost phone, but can't reactivate

Hi folks, I reported my phone as lost < 90 days ago and now found it.  I tried going to "Plans and Options" to restart the Lost phone, but it throws and error and sends me to login page.  And when I try to reactivate current plan (see below), it gives me the screen for entering cc info, but submit button stays greyed out.  I'm on autopay, so this all feels like an infinite loop. Any suggestions?

Yes, I tried incognito mode on Chrome (also suggested by another user) and it worked.  Thank you!

 @steinman : Did you use the Lost/stolen Suspend feature before when you lost it? If so then have you then used the Lost/stolen Resume function?

Maybe buy a voucher online or in many stores and use the 611 service to reactivate. Or the Instant Top-up in a few stores.

It sounds like you don't have a payment card registered.

Have you tried logging in again using Incognito mode?

Can you try this….clear your browser cache/cookies and go incognito. Chrome or edge browser works well.
