Hi
I want to know how to get my information to log-in.
After several attempts, I got a message from your service team to release the lock
I failed log-in and forget password. Please let me know how to activate it.
ID might be (e-mail addresses removed).

@Seungyoung - wait over 15 minutes, then try again. You likely temporarily locked up your account by too many failed attempts. If you still cannot reset your password, submit a ticket with CSA.

@Seungyoung if you have some possible email in mind, try to use the Forgot Password link https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/
Enter all the possible email you might have used. if you got the correct one, you will then get to Step 2 and you will need to answer the security questoin.
if you are unable to self-reset it that way, open ticket with PM Support and they will help:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".
2. Or Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
