Phone lost, we did not register to access the account online. How can I suspend an account without using Self Serve?

Do you have a local retailer to purchase a new unactivated SIM card? You may be able to purchase one and have the CSA perform a SIM swap for you. This would eliminate the need to suspend via lost/stolen and allow you to create your self serve account.
