Then that should reactivate your account and you would regain the services. But that doesn't help getting the email address to update the payment method.
Do you still have the welcome email from here from when you signed up? Or other marketing and promo emails from here? In any of your inboxes? The receiving inbox email address would be the registered email address here.

Go to Shell Gas or Walmart and buy payment vouchers to cover cost of your plan renewal...dial 611 to add them to your account.

just get your access back to My Account and then you can update it yourself
First try to use Forgot Password to see if you can get in yourself. Just enter the possible email addresses
If that does not work, open ticket with CS agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
