@dzumaran So if you created account and waiting for the sim to arrive sim cards and eSIM are free from PM right now . But if you need one sooner call around to local Koodo Telus store to pick up or order from Amazon $4.99 there . Your not going to get to a store until at least tue now so Amazon my be best choice or wait for your sim to arrive

OH - well you need to either get a physical SIM at a corporate Telus or Koodo location -or- purchase an e-SIM from this site in the SHOP tab above. (if the device supports e-SIM)
Then, go to the APP and go through the activation process. It can ONLY be done on the app.

when did your last renewal expire ? If it's been in excess of 89 days...your account is deactivated at day 90. You'd need a new sim to start a new account.

@dzumaran Maybe try to wait one full hour like @Chalupa_Batman mentioned and try again incognito private mode or from another device o can also try the the app instead of still no luck then please submit ticket with support

try login again using Incognito mode. If fails, start with Forgot e-mail and forget password links thee
if issue persists, open ticket with PM support

Wait just over an hour as you may be locked out. Then go into your browser settings and clear the cache. Then restart your browser again and go into incognito mode. Try to log in again.
