Only a CS_Agent can change the email address in your account once they verify it is you to avoid legal SIM swapping.

@Handy1 Unfortunately, we can only change the email for community account without customer support, although it would be useful and convenient to be able to also have the ability to change it for the self serve account as well.

Only agent can change your email.
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

The information that you have provided isn't correct. As you've mentioend the account PIN, please be aware that customer can't change the e-mail address from the Self Serve account. The members who repliedd earlier are correct that the help fo a customer support agent is needed.

You can't change your email address yourself so you'll have to get a Customer Support Agent to do that for you.
Use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started first.
