I don't see PM doing eSIM anytime soon if at all unfortunately but should be good with the Canadian model

PM does not support eSIM.
If you have Canadian version of iP14 it should have SIM slot.

No PM currently uses SIM cards.
This question has been asked so many times once the announcement of the American iPhone 14 is only available in eSIM. The Canadian iPhone 14 is available in both eSIM and SIM tray.
Best of both worlds.

No. And the Canadian iphone 14 takes physical sim.
