@reiannrichh just making sure you know that when you first activate an account you are already charged for the plan you choose. some people don't know this and then pay for the plan again after the activation.

Login your accounts and check whether there is any extra payment showing as available fund.  If yes, keep the fund in your account, the available fund will be used in your next renewal.

Wait until your credit card charge changed from pending to posted and there is no extra fund in your accounts.  Create a support ticket to ask moderator to add the extra charge to your account as available fund.  PM refund take over 30 days.  It is faster to use the excess charge on your next renewal date.

There is sales tax charge when fund goes into your PM account.

What were the charge amounts? Could some of the charges be for sim cards?

Hi @reiannrichh ,

Do you know what the 3 charges should be? Are you able to log into each self serve account and check the payment history?

5 charges do not sound correct, unless you have some add-ons on one or two of the accounts.

Is this the case?

Subtract the taxes from your credit card charges. Go into each account and check the Payment history for any of those amounts and check them off. Then come back with the other charges in the Payment history and the Available Funds for those.
