I am trying to activate a sim card and received the following message:
(We were not able to process your payment. Make sure all information is correct or try again with a different card)

@mcamp were you able to activate again later?
If your credit card was charged try the SIM card into your phone, restart it, and see if you have any services. If you do, than you successfully activated.
Try logging into My Account with your email and password you set up.

@mcamp wait a full houranf try again using Incognito mode
if fails, try to make a payment using *611. you need your 4 digits pin for that. If forgotten, login to My Account and reset it under Profile page

@mcamp First make sure your cc was not charged and try again in an hour but also try on a lap top pc and incognito mode private mode
