@walidosman That is weird. But refund usually take a week or two. So, maybe just the refund not fully completed yet?
Since it is a payment issue, really PM Support is the only one who can help. Just open a ticket with them again and they can investigate further

@walidosman Yes, PM encountered a major system issue with Autopay and renewal on April 1st. Some of the users were got charged twice. But no worry, Simply opened a ticket with PM Support and they will be arranging refund without problem.

That is how it is suppose to be if you paid Plan in full on last renewal.

no, the refund was taken back today "Top-up Reversal/Retrait d’un réapprovisionnement"
so for this month I paid twice and my balance is zero now.

This has happened to a lot of people this month, seems to be related to the April 1st snafu with autopay. If the second payment is still showing in your available balance you can leave it in there for your next renewal and you essentially won't have your card charged again until June.
