public mobile charged me twice on April 1st and refunded my after i i submitted a ticket. and now they took the refund back. so now refund for me

no, the refund was taken back today "Top-up Reversal/Retrait d’un réapprovisionnement"so for this month I paid twice and my balance is zero now.
