To reset password AND to change your email address please contact agent:
To contact CSA, there are 2 methods:
- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time (preferred method as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up with CSA). Click https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and type ticket, then click on Contact Us, then click on issue you inquire about. Link for creating ticket will be presented.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here

Unfortunately if you forgot password and security answers and can't get any info from your email you will need to open a ticket using the steps provided in this thread

Can you still access the old email inbox?
You could also buy vouchers and use 611 or do instant top-up in stores. And even if you know your 4 digit pin you could use the credit card on file in 611

HI @Sandra54 If you cannot reset the password using Forgot password because the email was changed already, please open ticket with PM CS Agent, they will change the email address and reset the password for you:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
