I did not respond to the email from Telus asking if I wanted to change to Public Mobile. Now I do not have any

Reinitiate the porting text and keep your eye out as it is almost instantaneous and you should be good to go.

If you tried to port Telus to PM it is done over SMS, not email.
You initiate porting on PM side; both accounts have to be active; you receive SMS from Telus and you have to answer Yes within 90 minutes or porting request will fail.
If you missed SMS from Telus you have to ask PM agent to resend porting request to Telus.
But since both companies belong to Telus, maybe agent can assist you with porting without all these SMS stuff.
To contact CSA, there are 2 methods:
- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time (preferred method as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up with CSA). Click https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and type ticket, then click on Contact Us, then click on issue you inquire about. Link for creating ticket will be presented.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here

@bendebeau1953 Are you trying to port from Telus? did you miss the text ? If so, there is a porting them you can contact and talk to live support for status and re-trigger the text. I will private message you the phone number. Please check your Community inbox, envelope icon on the top right.
