Hi, My husband has a problem with the payment of his PM account. In order to get into his account, they need to send a verification code, which he can no longer access. The payment for all of our phones is set to automatic, but his is the only one that is now blocked. How can I regain access to his account to check the payment history?

for the code, try click Didn't Receive code or Resend code, then choose Send Email and see if he can get the code via email
if not, and if he wants to pay and resume service first, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Loblaws or No Frills and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
This is the full list of retails that you can buy vouchers. Vouchers in some stores need to wait 24 hours, but vouchers from Shoppers and Loblaws can be redeemed immediately:

if he dials 611, he should be able to pay using his on- file payment card and Resume service. He will need to know his pin number.
