@janniliu you won't loss rewards (autopay, loyalty, friends rewards) for changing plans
the only thing people might loss for changing plan is those activatoi bonuses, like the extra 2GB for xx months, which are bonus found under the section My Promotions. If you don't have that, then no worry

No, no limit on that.
Just be aware, if you still have activation bonus, those 2GB free for so many months, a change plan would loss that. But if you don't have that, then no worry
Also, avoid to use Change plan now as PM will charge full amount of the new plan immediately. Unused days and data on the old plan will be forfeited, no refund

@GordKoyama @To change plans no but it’s always best to do it at renewal so you don’t lose out on your current cycle , if you change immediately then you will be charged right then and start a new 30 day cycle

NO need for new SIM!
Just schedule plan change on next renewal to avoid paying extra changing a plan in the middle of the cycle.
You will keep all your rewards and bonuses and add-on when you change your plan!

@janniliu No ,no need to change SIM card. , you can use the same sim card for new plan
To make plan change, login to My Account, go to Plan and Add-on page, click Change My Plan and select the plan from either the 3G plans or 4G plans tab
Also, make sure you iunderstand the difference between Change plan now and Change plan on renewal date. Most of use use Change plan on renewal date if you don't need the extra data/minute immediately and to save some money

No, you do not need to purchase a new SIM card.
You can change your plans via your self service account.
Two options: change immediately or on next plan renewal date.
Most recommend change at next plan renewal date since PM does not pro-rate plans.
