Go to my account, click the “+”, look at the payment and you will see your current plan and upcoming payment there.

watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond. Give them as much account info as you can...acct number, ph number, PM pin number etc..

Have you made sure you have refreshed the page or logged into the phone account after cleaning cookies because of Public's ongoing caching problems with the website?  You can try the payment option to view your any upcoming plan changes.

I've just realized that I gave you the wrong price for the new plan as it's $39 and not $34 for the new promotion so really not worth changing to it for the extra 5gb data I think.  Sorry about that.

I noticed a few minutes ago that Public has 25gb plan for $34 at 5g speed as a promotion if you want to cancel any current scheduled plan change and reschedule for renewal to the newer promotion @hyper42008
