change my subscription

Hello,

I recently changed my subscription to the $50 plan but I no longer need that plan. I tried to change my subscription back to your basic one which costed me $21.56/month tax in but there is no option online. Could you change my plan back to the basic one please My number is ###-###-#### and email is ******@***

hi @jasonnnn downgrade is possible but it might take time

but the $18 and $19 plans are old plans now, not even for new subscription.  you can at most get back to $29 but again it takes time 

choose the cheapest plan to change first., use Change on Renewal.  Then after you changed to that, check again and hope they will give you an even cheaper plan

sorry...once you've opted for a higher value plan it's very difficult to downgrade to much cheaper plan. Just hafta watch your account to see the plan offerings.
