cant make a long distance call

I bought internation long distance and tried making a call and error messasge 8UV1

PM doesn't allow you to use services that aren't included in your plan. From where I stand, I like it because I had a different carrier, and they will allow you to use "additional" service but slap you with a heavy bill afterwards.

Anyway, check out the country list for international calling or try restarting.

this is the country list for international calling:

**Intl long distance Add-On included countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada.

and these countries need a specific addon, a different on:

•  Philippines  
•  U.K.  
•  U.S.  
•  China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan  
•  India & Pakistan  

And PM cannot call another other countries not on the list above

@DaveCox Which country are you trying to place a call to? Are you correctly dialling country exit and local area codes?
