As the title states, I had an error with my payment. I log into my account and I'm not given an option to remake the payment, I can only call out to 611 and it's asking for a 4 digit pin number. I never recieved this pin number as for whatever reason the sms number that's on file for my account it wrong, so I'm always having to send a email to the account on file to receive any security verification code.
Long story short, can anyone help me? It's rather urgent

so, can you login My Account? if you can login My Account, you can use this link to reset the PIN for *611:

As for everSafe 2FA text issue, when you login in, go to your profile section and edit your everSafe login. You should be able to change the phone number to receive the 2FA text.
Also, you can change your PIN under the Profile section also.
