I waited for 24 hours. It does not work. Spent hours on submitting a ticket. Nothing.
What a shame. Updating info should take just a few seconds. No vouchers because this is suspicious, not professional at all.

@Ljerka If in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers and load the *611 . Otherwise best to wait 24 hours and try update credit card again on computer or the app . If same please submit ticket with support to help

There has been many reports with the issue. Wait an hour and try again
if still fails, check with PM support agent,
please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

You can also use voucher to pay first and load using *611 if you need to pay and resume service quickly
