I have been with pm for 6 months now and have NEVER been able to login to my account. Service has been very bad so I decided to transfer to koodo (also on telus).
Koodo is unable to port my number because pm says its not linked to my account- but it is, it is active, and they withdraw money every month... I am locked in a crazy making cycle and I can't get out.
I have just spent 3 hours on the phone with Koodo, who tried everything in their power to help figure this out- but nothing worked. My phone number is locked in with pm and i need to get it out.
Not having access to a live person with pm is the worst cost cutting measure... please help

I will try to submit a direct message- I have tried many, many times to use the chat, but it always loops me back around since I am unable to sign in

thanks for your reply- yes I have tried all of the above. I either get a black screen that says forbidden, or it just loops me around and around

did you try using the app? or try My Account using Incognito/ private/secret mode on the browser
or ask support to provide the account number directly

@Frustratedbypm Ask support for you account number and you should be able to port out to Koodo with active PM SIM card in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port number
