@Lmowrey If you are hoping to expunge all traces of you and your account, that cannot be done. The best you can do has been described by the other posts.

Log in to your account and remove autopay. After 90 days of no pay your account will be deleted, phone number lost.
Ask agent to remove credit card number form your account.
If you need your phone number, port it to other provider.
If you want to stop using your account immediately, report phone as lost/stolen and 90 days counter start ticking right away.

If you do go through with cancelling make sure you remove your card or get CSA to assist you with that to avoid any incorrect charges down the road.

Call 611 from your phone and remove autopay. After 90 days from the renewal date without a payment your account will be closed automatically.
