Hello, I have been using Public Mobile for 5 years...three years ago I got my girlfriend to get on too....We arranged for her payments to be made from my credit card...She passed away 2 tears ago. Her monthly payment has continued since then and I would ask you how I can close her account. ?

Honest, there is no way to get back the money from before. However, you can stop further payments. Work with agent first as advised. If there is any issue, maybe you can stop it from the credit card side, like get a note of the next payment date and suspend the card around that time for a day or two (Remember PM is not running on monthly cycle but 30ndays, so the next payment day would be 30 days from last payment date)
