Hi
I didn't get sim card even though I've waited for 2 weeks. It means I didn't activate it yet.
Therefore I just want to cancel my plan and get refund. I already got another plan.

you can askPM to help. They might ask you to pick up a sim card in a nearby Telus or Koodo store. Check with them first. Of course , you can still ask to cancel and refund
