Referred one of my friend to subscrib a plan in last week, she input my referral code while purchased the plan. She got $10 credit into her account but until now I did not get the credit yet. How long does it take?

Referer does not get the $10 credit. Only the new customers gets $10 credit. Referer gets the ongoing 1 point or $1/30 days.
Occasionally, Public mobile will offer promo deals when both new and referer gets account credit (ie. $25), but no promotions recently.

Are you on the legacy rewards or the new points rewards system?
On next payment date, you will receive either one point or $1 to your rewards. You should continue to receive the 1 point/$1 per payment cycle as long as your friend stays with Public mobile.
